Payment System - Indrive

InDrive is a global ride-hailing service that lets passengers propose fares and negotiate directly with drivers, offering flexibility and control over pricing, while incorporating safety features like real-time tracking and ratings for a secure experience. But currently, the user have a problem with the payment.

Challenge

Improve users comfort in using inDrive services through promotion and cashless payment methods

Process

Collecting insight from reviews user from app marketplace and then grouping according the their statement. After all data is collected, we try to define the problems. But in there, we found that the problem not only on payment process but also on the driver.

So interested, we should find solution for payment problem also on driver side. After a long process, our prototype was finished and entered the testing phase.

the results we get when testing are quite satisfying because the solution we provide is enough to make users feel happy because it facilitates the payment process.
